Marttila takes over U18 lions

The Finnish Ice Hockey Association also announced that Mika Marttila will coach the U18 national team.

Finland will enter the 2014/2015 season with new national team coaches in all five IIHF categories. For the U18 national team Mika Marttila takes over the position as head coach.

The 48-year-old previously coached the U18 team two times winning bronze each time, in 2009 and 2013. He was also an assistant coach of the U18 national team in 2004 and worked with the U16 and U17 national teams too.
