As IIHF President Rene Fasel declared the 2015 IIHF Ice Hockey U18 World Championship closed, it was once again the USA that raised the victor’s trophy.

Many kids dream of scoring an overtime gold medal-winning goal. US forward Colin White has now done just that, giving Team USA a 2-1 victory over Finland!

Canada wins bronze
Canadians defeat Swiss 5-2

Two goals from Glenn Gawdin and 28 saves by goaltender Zach Sawchenko helped earn the bronze medal as Canada defeated Switzerland 5-2.
